$45,000 Stolen from California Church
Written by: Brad Keller | Church

Another eye-opening email about church burglaries was waiting in my Inbox this morning.  This time the article that stood out the most involved a church in California that lost almost $45,000 in two separate burglaries.  It seems that burglars broke into the church office during Sunday mass and stole a small donation box, but returned later that night through an exterior window to steal the entire church safe.

According to the article, the church was burglarized two years before when musical instruments and a PA system were stolen

It is another tragic example of thieves taking advantage of churches as soft targets.  To read more about this story, click here.
